Applications are reviewed for creative fit, safety, and available hosting capacity. Applying does not guarantee approval, a booking, seats, travel, payment, or any other benefit.
If approved, the collaboration does not begin until both parties accept the versioned collaboration brief. That brief controls the hosted value, date, party size, deliverables, usage expectations, and cancellation terms for the collaboration.
CreateCollabCo may retain application, agreement, delivery, and audit records needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Day-of phone and dietary information is limited to collaboration participants and retained only as operationally necessary.
